Established in 1994, Village Bakery Cafe is an artisan bakery cafe. An artisan is a craftsman whose hand fashions a product from raw ingredients, and we take the artisan label seriously. We never buy mixes, frozen dough, or pre-baked products like most bakeries today. Village Bakery Cafe is a member of the Bread Bakers Build of America, a wonderful organization that supports artisan baking. To learn more about artisan bread and pastry go to www.bbga.org.
